How can I track my orders?

You can track the status of your product in an order online at Artisan Professionnel. Signed in and click on My Orders to check the status of your most recent order and your order history. Click on Order History that you would like to track and a detailed information of your product status will be displayed.
A tracking number is also located on REMARKS. Copy the tracking number and paste it on the tracking link provided. You can review the tracking history and see the delivered date.



What payment methods do Artisan Professionnel accept?

We accept Bank Transfer.


How to  Sign Up?

You can access our entire website without logging in, but you do have to sign up to purchase any items. All you need is an email. Invite your friends and family and share the fun too.


How to log into my account?
To log into your account, enter your email address and password at artisanprofessionnel.com . if you have any issues, please contact us.


Do you have loyalty program?
We are working an exciting loyalty program for you. Your transactions are recorded and you can apply your current purchases to the program when we launch it.


How many hours do I have to complete a payment?
You need to complete payment not later than 1 x 24 hours.


Where is My Order confirmation?
After Artisan Professionnel received your order, check your email for an order confirmation from us. The email will include your tracking number.


When will My Order be shipped?
After your payment has been confirmed, Artisan Professionnel will need 1-3 business days to process your orders.

  • For Jabodetabek area, around 2-3 business days to deliver
  • For Nationwide, around 7 business days to deliver
  • For International Shipping, it will depend on the destination.
