Regional Sales Manager:

Job description:
-       Working closely with VP of Sales to create sales projection and strategy
-       Increasing sales in domestic market
-       Acquiring new stores as sales channel
-       Maintaining relationship with existing stores
-       Creating and managing activation campaign in offline stores
-          Ensuring the availability and visibility of our products in every store
-          Ensuring the alignment of promotional activities in online and offline channel
Job qualifications:
1.    Experienced failures in achieving sales target and overcome it
2.    Willing to travel at least 3 times a month across Indonesia to explore and maintain our sales channel
3.    Having min. 3-year experience in regional sales or business development
4.    Able to create sales projection and strategy
5.    Had experience in negotiating with diverse buyers and provide win-win solution
