  • We only use JNE courier to shipping your order.
  • Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for shipping rates.
  • Working days are from Monday- Friday only . and your order will be processed on the working days 9A.M- 4P.M.

Where does Artisan ship to? 
Artisan currently ships to:
  • Indonesia
  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
Shipping rate and time differs based on destination (with normal custom clearance process and time). 


How do I track my packages? 
After placing an order, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us containing all the details of your purchase. You can track the status of your order in My Order. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, the courier provider, tracking number, and tracking website will be updated in the product status.

What is ARTISAN's exchange/return policy?

All sales are final. 

ARTISAN PROFESSIONNEL only accepts return or refund for faulty products with no more than 3 (three) working days from the date of purchase or recievement (should the products are shipped) whichever comes later.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons ARTISAN PROFESSIONNEL does not offer any returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products.
Return or refund policy is not applicable for wrong product choice or a change of mind.

Products purchased from other third party entities selling ARTISAN PROFESSIONNEL are not applicable for our return and refund program.
All return and refund are subject to ARTISAN PROFESSIONNEL final decission.
Some items cannot be returned due to sale program.
